The CAVE (CAVE Augmented and Virtual Environments) Lab at PES University is a multidisciplinary research and innovation center focused on advancing immersive technologies and their real-world applications. The lab specializes in Mixed Reality (MR), Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Digital Twins, Human Motion Tracking, and Generative Alternate Realities within the Metaverse ecosystem.
CAVE provides a collaborative environment for students, researchers, and industry partners to explore, develop, and deploy next-generation immersive solutions. Equipped with advanced hardware and software infrastructure, the lab supports research, teaching, innovation, and industry-driven projects in the mixed reality domain.
The lab also investigates the application of immersive technologies in healthcare, remote assistance, neurodevelopmental disorders, education, training, and other emerging interdisciplinary fields. Through research collaborations, hands-on learning, and technology-driven innovation, CAVE aims to contribute to the development of impactful solutions that bridge the physical and digital worlds.
