Prof Mahendra Nayak comes with more than 27 years Industry experience in embedded systems . He was responsible for the development of ASIC based Attitude & orbit control system which has become work horse for various ISRO Missions. He has worked in Tektronix, Tata Elxsi & CISCO in responsible positions delivering products in all fields of multimedia Domain from content creation to Content Consumption. In PESIT, he teaches Embedded systems and guides students in development of Student Satellite. His area of interest are embedded product development, Multimedia products and image processing. He is also working as a co investigator in Automatic Identification system(AIS) Sponsored project from Naval Research Board (NRB).
