  • Production of TAGs from microalgae using photo-bioreactor intended for biodiesel production. Funding agency: DBT 2012.
  • Construction and development of standard organism for quantification of arsenic in the water sample. Funding Agency: AICTE (RPS) for 2013-2016. The project is the development of a whole-cell microbial biosensor for the detection and quantification of arsenic in water. It consists of genetically engineered bacteria having a contaminant sensing gene capable of detecting the presence of an analyte, coupled with a reporter gene capable of producing signal on response.
